The team was really professional, especially the restaurant and restaurant meeting rooms are operated flawlessly. We had a business meeting we had to organize, a staff member called Queen took care of us. She provided a detailed plan for the next days meeting and even helped us pick the menu for the main course. The service was top notch and the place is also super clean. We will definately be coming back to this hotel whenever we have a meeting in Shenzhen.

Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day.
