Location is very good, next to the hotel there is a pedestrian street with shops & restaurants. Metro station 10mins walk, West Lake 15mins. Friendly staff, nice & unique decoration in the room.

The stay here now was even better than the last. The staff let us store our excess luggage so that we could pick it up a month later from then (this stay). We could also order stuff online and get packages delivered to the hotel. They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!
