We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived in Liberec by bus and found the hotel immediately and without any trouble. The reception staff were friendly and professional. We stayed in one of the design rooms with a balcony and a whirlpool bath; the bed was comfortable, and although we didn’t use the extra services the hotel offers, we’d be happy to try them next time. Breakfast was tasty. What we appreciated most, however, was the human touch — especially the kind gentleman Mr. PAVEL FOJTIK who welcomed us at breakfast, found us a free table, explained how everything works, asked where we were from, and showed genuine interest in us as hotel guests. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Liberec.
