The location is as good as it can be. Easy access to and from the airport. Easy access to public transportation which takes you wherever you want to go. Also there are a lot of places to eat in the area with a variety of choices. The hotel is very beautiful and furnished gorgeously. I have to mention the manager Chris which came to our aid in a time of need. Me and my girlfriend were there during the new year holidays and he made sure our stay is as most enjoyable. He was most helpful, kind and understanding of our troubles. Chris if you are reading this I am sorry for the late review :))

Great visit. Clean, pleasant, good food, fun, safe, reasonably priced. Lovely gardens, charming little boats to ride on the lake, nice little shops. We loved being there at dusk as the lights came on, had a really good meal, good music throughout, fun people watching etc. Nice for families or couples, something for everyone.

Bring an umbrella or poncho, you can still enjoy the park in a light rain (and zero crowds). Food hall was wonderful, great choices for the whole family. I loved my Steak Frites from the French restaurant.

We went between Christmas and New Year. The Christmas market was still there and it was amazing. It was the first time my husband and son were in Copenhagen and they love it just as much as i do. We're definitely going back!

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone. The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive. Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

Beautiful as we were thete for Christmas.

Beautiful as we were thete for Christmas. Spent a full day here but warning..as soon as you get in book a table for evening meal. We could not get a table and had to leave but re entered the gardens after we had eaten.

We stayed in a superior queen room and enjoyed everything. The Library Bar downstairs is super cosy and does great literary-themed cocktails. The hotel itself is conveniently close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens - the walk into central Copenhagen is also very easy! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Everything was just perfect! The room is just so relaxing and spacious. The pool was beyond my expectation, it was so relaxing and it really felt I was outside of the city. The staff are very nice and friendly. I also tried the message service and it was amazing experience! Also, the hotel is very close by to the city and Tivoli gardens.

Hotel location was in an interesting part of town. Proximity to the train station and Tivoli Gardens were a plus though. Breakfast was great, yet the lobby area was a bit crowded. Loved the teddy bears in the lobby! Did some knitting for the homeless which I greatly appreciated and thought a very compassionate gesture.
