I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. Excellent hotel. We had a rest together with my wife. We liked everything very much, namely: 2 swimming pools on the territory, the beach, the food. The hospitable owner Hamid, who explained to us everything we wanted. I would also like to note the fast internet, because not every hotel has it.

We really liked the friendly staff, they always helped with all questions and the food was very tasty and high quality.

I stayed here for 6 nights, and everything was top-notch. Cleanliness was impeccable, not only in the rooms but also outdoors and in other areas of the hotel—definitely a 10/10. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always polite, and helpful with any questions. The food was varied, and the dessert selection was especially impressive, with over 20 types available every day. The hotel is large, featuring multiple pools, each with its own bar. There’s also a snack bar where you can order quick bites. The beachfront location is beautiful, with transportation available every 10-20 minutes. Towels are provided both at the pool and the beach. It’s perfect for families with children, as there’s a playground and a kids’ pool. If your flight is later in the day, and your room is available, you can stay until 3:00 PM. Even after checkout, if you stay by the pool, they provide towel cards, and you can shower before leaving. If you go on tours, the hotel prepares food packages for you (one for each person). Security is excellent; everything is recorded. For instance, if you take a taxi, the staff notes the details and links them to your room number. All four of us were extremely satisfied—from the food to the staff, cleanliness, and overall attitude towards guests! A solid 10/10 from us, and we’ll definitely recommend it to others. If we decide to come back with the kids, this would be our first choice for sure!

The staff were so brilliant, every single one of them, from the team at breakfast to the guys at the beach. They couldn't be more helpful. We got half-board and S-Class (not sure what that means) but every single part of the stay was helped by the staff. I couldn't commend them enough!
