Very friendly and helpful staff. Various, healthy, delicious breakfast. The room was beautiful- liked the window very much: it was nice sitting on the bench, reading and watching people at the street.

Hotel Basilica was my centre for exploring Palma and Mallorca for 5 nights, and it turned out to be the perfect base for that. The hotel is very clean and beautifully made, with a modern art deco design. You are immediately put at ease when you enter the lobby, and from there all the way through to your room. The view from the fourth floor pool area of the city and Cathedral are astounding, especially in the evening. The terrace on the ground floor next to the bar is a great place to relax during the day and evening and interact with other guests. All amenities are new and modern, and the hotel has seamlessly integrated technology in its operations that just works but is not evident. The rooms are a tad small but very well appointed and maintained. The hotel is truly made special by its staff, who do everything and are excellent at everything. They make you feel welcome and comfortable with an attitude that is attentive but not intrusive. It is like being part of a club more than just staying at a hotel. I would like to mention Javier, Franco, Miguel, and a gentleman at breakfast whose name I didn't get for being kind, accommodating, jovial and just welcoming. They really do make up the heart of the hotel. This is the only place I can think of returning to if I visit Palma again.

Nou Baleares completely caught me by surprise. I knew what I had booked, but it was far better than I expected to be. Room is very spacious, it’s arranged nicely and it has all the facilities that you may think. Location: 10/10- very close to city center Staff was incredibly friendly and smiley. I loved interacting with them. And the restorant is 10/10. Best food I had in Palma

This is a really nice museum to visit and worth spending...

This is a really nice museum to visit and worth spending some time at. On Nit de lÁrt, which is normally in September, you can visit this and many other museums and art galleries around Palma for free and it´s quite a fun event, especially if you do it with a group of friends.
