The staff was great when welcoming us into the hotel. I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and they sent a special cake to the room later. The suite was great, lovely and with a nice location. Completly recommend it!

Great hotel, staff is super helpful and tries to assist with all requests in a very efficient way. Rooms are modern and comfy. Breakfast is good though selection is limited.

We were in junior suite with balcony, the room was spacious, very clean, comfy bed & pillows... we left a note for cleaning lady to leave us 2 sets of shampoos one day and she remembered it all the other days too... very sweet welcome from Mick (the rubber duck)... great breakfast choices and really tasty food... friendly staff always ready to help...great location for both business and pleasure areas of the city... this was my 5th time in London in a spawn of a year (each time different hotel) and I finally found the one I will come back to with pleasure!!
