I really liked the location of Apex City Hotel, as it was very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff were always welcoming with their warm smiles, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

We received a lovely warm welcome and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of local sites like St. Paul’s Cathedral or just a short tube ride away from The West End or Excel Centre which we visited for an exhibition. All in all, a fabulous stay.
