The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Very close to excel centre which was super convenient as my stay was for comic con. Room was tidy and had what I needed as I wasn't staying in it for long periods unless sleeping.

    We were going to a concert at the O2, so it was highly convenient to travel from Canning Town underground—there are loads of shops and restaurants in the area too. The beds were also comfy, which is a plus.

    Amazing location less than a 5min walk to Canning Town which was handy for DLR and Underground to get to Central London. Visiting due a concert at the O2 Arena, it was really easy to get back after the gig. We came by our own car, the Car Park was easy to access and not a bad price for London.
