The room was lovely: clean, nice design with attention to detail, and there was even great tea with cookies. Breakfast in the restaurant/pub next door was fantastic: good choice, great quality, and very charming service staff!

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. The room and the reception of the hotel was beautiful and the hotel was in a really good location. They offer free coffee/tea/Chocolate 24/7 that's really nice specially when you are traveling in winter. The people was really nice and helpful. We would definetely come back if we visited Brimingham again.
