Excellent hospitality, excellent value for money. The room was as in the photos, clean, comfortable and fully functional. 24-hour reception. Breakfast had the basics but everything was fresh and clean. The area is safe and the underground (elizabeth line) is very close, about 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Special thanks to the excellent managers Kalam and Asif!! They made my stay so enjoyable that I felt like I was at home. I really have no complaints, they are professionals. Congratulations also to Sonia who takes care of the cleanliness of the hotel with her team. Keep up the good work!

Daily room service was excellent. Very comfortable beds, tea/coffee facilities were always well provided. So for that we say Thank You to Gosia, who we often saw in the corridor going about her work with a welcoming smile and greeting. Thanks also goes to Monica on Reception, always helpful with any enquiry we had and witty young Mason who served us perfectly in the bar and for our food orders, especially attentive on the evening we had my mum join us for dinner, super service. Hats off to the chef - food menu had good choices and everything we ordered was delicious.
