My stay at the Milestone Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism of the staff truly stands out — every team member, especially the concierges, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay comfortable and smooth. Their attention to detail and warm approach made all the difference. The hotel itself is spotless. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is impeccably clean and efficiently maintained, giving a sense of comfort and luxury the moment you walk in. You can clearly see the care and pride the team takes in keeping the property in top condition. Another highlight is the location. A walking distance from all the central spots , just overlooking the beautiful Kensington Park, lots of coffee shops around the corner. Many shops and close to everything. Overall, the Milestone Hotel offers outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and hassle-free experience.

Everything!!! Staff at the reception is very helpful and nice. We had booked three rooms but one of them was situated on a different floor, we asked if we can all stay at the same floor and they were so nice and arrange that for us. Hotel is in a quiet street with the park close by, underground station and buses also. On the main street you have everything you need, form pubs and restaurants to stores Very clean rooms and lovely decor

Location great. Easy to find from Sloane Avenue tube stop. Reception quick and friendly. Heating worked well. Plenty of storage/cupboards if stopping longer. A 15min walk brought you into Kensington for plenty of exclusive shops and fab restaurants. Another 5mins and you'd get to Hyde Park.

We used to live on the same street so it was a great location that we knew really well. Just round the corner from Westborne Grove and walking distance to Bayswater, Kensington Palace Gardens, Hyde Park and Portobello Road. Loads of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. Good comms with the owners of the apartment who were great with their instructions.

Modern, clean and well maintained. The reception team were friendly and polite, they answered any questions we had and greeted us every time we arrived at the hotel (returning from days out) The room was ample for 3 nights, beds were comfy and the space in the fridge was useful. The location is superb, max 10 mins walk to 2 tube stations, High St Kensington, Kensington Gardens and the History Museum. We would happily stay here again.

My suggestion is to keep away from pubs in the centre of the city since each pint will cost you around 5 pounds. For example , little further like the pub ''The famous 3 kings'' located in Kensington offer good beer for 3,5 pounds for pint.So for 10 pounds you could drink one extra pint which can really make a big difference on how your ''good drunk mood '' can be :) Also try some homemade beers from pubs , they are usually good ( by good i mean they are really easy to drink and they dont have some very specific taste) If you look for something more exotic , you can always ask the barmen. They can be very friendly.
