The staff were lovely welcoming and friendly and the food was very good. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and well looked after. My dog was also very welcome and the location near the parks was perfect. The hotel parking was also very useful. I would highly recommend

All in all the hotel is beautiful and the staff are really nice. The restaurant & bar are also exceptional! Plus the view from across the road is amazing!!! We all came to celebrate my sister's wedding and we all had a great time!

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful location. We even got a room upgrade, which was an amazing surprise, as well as the complimentary gin and tonic! The spa facilities were quite nice as well. Even the swimming pool was at a nice temperature. We loved the decor and the style of the room and the whole hotel. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The receptionist was amazingly helpful and kind. We would definitely come back in the future.
