The staff were all friendly and helpful; we felt like they cared about our stay and experience and they make the hotel! The spa is lovely and breakfasts are great. There is lots of choice at breakfast and it’s a lovely environment to eat in; we thought it was a stand out great breakfast 😀. The spa was not too busy and the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were wonderful!

Beautiful place, lovely welcoming staff, great parking and amazing food Really fresh comfy cosy lovely bedroom and ultra modern bathroom Sadly I negated to take photos after a long tiring day stuck in traffic It was all gorgeous!

We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay there again. The bed was a king size and super comfortable. The room was at the end of a hallway, so it was very quiet. Loved the grand staircase. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and let us leave our luggage at the end of our stay when we had some time to kill before our train. Very nice hotel!
