The hotel is similar to a five-star hotel in terms of level. A young man checked us in, everything was polite and cool. They offered an upgrade and gave us a 2-hour late check-out. It feels like customer loyalty is a priority. We want to stay here again on our next trip.

5 mins walk from Waterloo station. Could see London eye from room. Room was spacious, very clean and fresh and modern. Excellent facilities with kettle, cooker top, toaster, microwave and fridge in mini kitchen set in cupboard in room. Bed very comfortable and although on street with shops very quiet at night. Able to leave suitcase before and after checking in. Staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel offered various options for the breakfast. The check-in was one the quickest and best experience I have had, we had somewhat complex requests that needed to be sorted on-site (couldn't do them beforehand) and the staff managed to grant out wishes. The hotel is close to 2 good underground stations (10 min walks). Waterloo station is a major underground and train hub. Bus station next to the hotel entrance. Small and cozy roof-top bar.

Very funky bar - very friendly staff - good location 2 minutes walk from Waterloo station , lots of eateries around the area. Breakfast was £20 each - it was buffet style, not a great deal of choice but was good quality.

The location was great! 5 minute walk from Waterloo station. It was well maintained and very comfortable. We arrived early after a long journey and they let us check in 4 hours early with no extra charge as they had a room already free. The breakfast was delicious too and they didn’t rush us through even though it was quite busy.
