Very helpful and friendly staff, cozy rooms and nice breakfast. My family and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights before our trip to Florence and another 2 nights after returning from Florence. The hotel stored some of our luggages while we were away.

I stayed for four nights while attending a conference and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern style with a warm, personal touch. My room was spotless, comfortable and full of thoughtful details. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality options served in a lovely setting. Great location too — quiet but still close to everything. the hotel is at a stone's throw from the subway, very easy to reach from the train station. it's 20 minutes away from the san siro. even though it was my first time there, I found it easy to move around. The rooms are clean and well kept, the staff are super friendly. I'll definitely go back.
