The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was always made up properly and extremely clean. The breakfast servers were very pleasant.

The La Gemma hotel is wonderfull place to stay in Florence. We highly recommend this place for couples. Lovely designed, boutique hotel in the center of Florence. Personel at the hotel is amazing, hihgly professional and kind. We felt very welcomed. We were celebrating special occasions there and the La Gemma team made these days very special. We received very good restaurant reccomendation, one of this (Luca's) being at the hotel. We highly reccommend to visit Luca;s restaurant and try their testing menu :). We will definitely come back!
