Spacious room, large comfortable bed, and a great big shower. Robes, slippers, fridge, two free bottles of water, and delicious roasted green tea with an accompanying kettle! Lovely staff, a check-in gashapon game (we won free drink and 10% discount vouchers for the downstairs restaurant), and free origami for rainy days. Overall a wonderful hotel.

Very nice modern hotel close to Ueno station! Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff!

the location is really close to many tourist sites but not too noisy, the neighborhood seems safe, you can find amazing reman just a street away. The room is super big compare to other hotel in Japan and suitable for elder and children.

Friendly and helpful staff, they helped us send out our luggages to Kyoto by doing the paperwork for us which was a definite plus point for me. Room is good, the essentials are there. Just the right size.
