Well, this hotel is a piece of art, its design is outstanding! We loved the look outside, we appreciated the entrance, we admired the small lobby and we enjoyed the room for dinner (and breakfast). A paradise for aesthetes. Really! And the best: Using the buffet is somehow for free. If you stay in the hotel, you can for example have dinner there - it's included. And the food is great, the breakfast delicious! And the rooms and the location are also very good. (We were so unhappy that we had to leave earlier because of typhoon Shanshan... and btw we are still waiting for a confirmation of the hotel that we had to leave earlier as foreseen for our insurance.)

The location is fantastic. We stayed only one night and it was a luxurious experience. The public baths on the rooftop were quiet and clean, with a small sauna room. The staff was very kind and helpful and let us leave the luggage after the check-out time to allow us to go around the city a bit.

The Hotel is new open and it was an excellent stay during these dates. The location is very convenient—co-located with Tenjin Metro Station, and the signage clearly guides you to the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it perfect for rest. The reception is located on the 19th floor, and you can take the elevator directly from the station B2 to the 19th floor, then transfer to an internal elevator to reach your room level. Highly recommended for your stay in Fukuoka Tenjin.

Very nice and cosy hotel surrounded by vegetation. Each room has access to a balcony to relax on. Good location close to the station. The staff is very professional and always ready to help. Breakfast is varied and has very flexible hours. I highly recommend this hotel for a successful stay in Fukuoka.

we did not book breakfast at the hotel. i love the size of the room, spacious enough for 3 people (we booked the superior triple room non-smoking, which looked exactly like the room depicted in the posted photo), and that the shower stall is separate from the bathtub. also the proximity of the hotel to everything else (e.g. tenjin station, daimyo shopping district, parco, and mitsukoshi department stores).

We liked how clean, comfortable and reasonably priced the hotel was. It was spacious and well located, too, close to the Tenjin stations. It was on a street with limited traffic so it was quiet, too.

Very nice and clean apartment. All necessities are included: kitchen, washing machine, etc. it is big enough for one person, for two it would get a little bit tight. The location is great, a lot of izakayas around. The tenjin station is about 25min walk away. I recommend it especially for a longer stay.

Location is good, roughly 10-minute walk to Tenjin station or underground shopping street. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The design of the hotel is pretty model. We stayed with adjourning room. The room is relatively spacious if benchmarked against Japanese hotels of similar star-rating. Coin laundry facility is convenient and easy to use.

Room was spacious by Japanese standards and very comfortable. I had stayed in one of their hotels in Tokyo and it was very spartan so I was happy with the comfort of this room. Great to have a washing machine and microwave. It was about 10 minutes walk from Tenjin station though very close to Tenjin-minami station.

Hakata's Tonkotsu Ramen is really the best Ramen. Check out Ichiran & Ippudo, and be sure to eat at one of the Yatai, either on Nishidori near Tenjin station, or next to the bridge on the Tenjin side of Nakasu-Kawabata.
