This was the best hotel we stayed in Japan. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, they helped us to ship our luggage to the next hotel. Rooms were spacious and really clean. The location is super close to Kyoto station.

-Great location, close to Kyoto Station and shopping options. -Nice, well-maintained property, comfortable rooms. -Good breakfast with plenty of options. -Convenient laundry and vending machines. -Traditional onsen on premises which we used extensively. -Nice touches such as passengers lounge (with free coffee), complementary umbrellas, automated massage machines, funky robots to discard breakfast trays.

Great location, right next to the main station in Kyoto (despite that, the room was quiet, and we couldn’t hear the trains). The room was very spacious and clean, with towels replaced daily and cleaning every two days. Additionally, there was coffee, tea, and water in the room, as well as facial care kits. During our trip to Japan, we stayed in three different hotels, and this one was definitely the best—such a comfortable stay, and I would gladly come back again. Highly recommend!

The room was a decent size for Japan and was clean and modern. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fine for the subway and only 10 minutes walk from the train station but quite a long walk to most of the major attractions. It was handy having a 711 opposite the hotel.
