My wife and myself were the firstcomers to Tokyo and Japan and believe that choosing this hotel was just a correct one. In my view, this hotel is an excellent choice for those who are looking for a good value for money hotel in one of the beautiful parts of the city (Minato). Size of a hotel room was good for us although my wife and myself we were not looking for a large option. Breakfast was decent and overall cleanness in the hotel was top notch. This hotel has a concept - lots of books on almost every floor and we loved it. Amenities were fine. Close proximity (5-8 min max) to two metro lines and a JR line were super. We were able to go almost everywhere without much of a problem. Also, the hotel is few minutes away to several convenience stores (7-11/Family Mart), as well as ramen and other Japanese restaurants. Finally, the hotel is just 5 min walk to the Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple, which both are must see in Tokyo. For 7 nights that we stayed in the hotel, we have observed many families and businesspeople assuming that, generally, it is a very good choice for these group of people.

The location was quiet and peaceful, not too far a walk from Shimbashi station. All the staff I encountered were very helpful. Room was clean when I arrived and cleaned and felt cozy. They had amazing blackout curtains in the room. Shower pressure was good and hot water was instant.

Tokyo Tower is a landmark of the city and looks great from a distance! If you walk around the nearby streets at night, you’ll notice people taking photos — it’s one of the good photo spots. I didn’t go up Tokyo Tower myself; instead, I chose Shibuya Sky, where you can get photos that include Tokyo Tower.

Be prepared to stand in line for an hour and a half in order to get a ticket to come back and stand in line for another 45 minutes waiting for your turn to ride the elevator up. Coming back down there is no crowd control so you will feel like you are being crammed into the legendary Tokyo subway. However some may feel like it is worth it for the view

We got there late in the evening and were not able to spend as much time at the top as I would have liked. So get there early, to give yourself enough time at the top if enjoy looking at the view from high up.

There are several souvenir shops.

There are several souvenir shops. Don't spend your time only on the 5th floor, as the cashier lines can be very long. I had to leave the items I wanted to buy, because I could have missed the tour bus. However, as I went down the escalator, I noticed that there was one on the 4th or 3rd floor. I ended up on the 1st floor, where I was able to get what I wanted for my nephews and nieces.

Great views over many miles of Tokyo is all directions. Not as high as some other towers but you get a real sense of scale and perspective. Go late afternoon when you get the daytime light but then soon after the evening views with the city and the tower lit up.

The “go around” sushi restaurant- the one that supposedly...

The “go around” sushi restaurant- the one that supposedly plates of food go around for you to grab- changed their system. You enter your Order on the iPad in front of you. The food came quickly. The sushi were VERY GOOD and inexpensive. GREAT Deal. The gotcha is- you enter your name at the entrance to get your cue number. You install their AP so you get notifications as to when your cue is up. We waited for an hour while shopping.

The room was so gorgeous, had amazing views of tokyo tower. For the price of the hotel, I expected a-lot more luxury. From where I’m from 4-5 star hotels are alot more luxurious then this one but that wasn’t that deep of an issue. There was a bar and restaurant in the hotel as well as Family Mart very easily accessible from the hotel. Location was good as well I think like 15 mins from Shibuya.

First day in Japan/Tokyo, the hotel was close to train station and the Tokyo tower. Shiba park was a bonus. That part of the city was nice and quiet. Close by is the Tsukiji outer market and the Hamarikyu Gardens that we enjoyed the next day.

We loved the view from our room of Mount Fuji and the Tokyo Tower. The sunsets were amazing. The room itself was comfortable and large enough to live comfortably for 5 night, we were able to store all our things out of the way. Artwork around the hotel made it feel quirky and interesting.

Good location if you have meetings in the area. The hotel is located off a main road so can be a bit tricky to find at first. Nearby lots of places to eat and also the Tokyo Tower as well.

Great location, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet. There was plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. The train station is about 12 minute walk and very easy to navigate to the main areas.

From the moment you walk in this hotel is luxury. Loved the decor & design. Both the tempura and sushi restaurants are excellent. Japanese wine was delicious. Room was lovely with views of Tokyo, even had a view of the Tokyo Tower from the bath!

The apartment is in an excellent location. It’s very convenient for getting to many popular destinations, such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, the Imperial Palace, and Tokyo Tower. there is a 24 hours convenience store at the corner. The apartment had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were especially cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again if I ever come back to Tokyo.

The location is good to go to anywhere of Tokyo downtown by public transport. Walking around the hotel and the Sky Tree is both peaceful and enjoyable. The view is awesome whether it's the Sky Tree view side or not. You can either see Sky Tree or Tokyo Tower. Breakfast was good. The rooms are very old but well maintained.

The staff let me check in early at 11am at no extra charge when they saw a room available for me. It was a short walk to Roppongi station in central Tokyo and had a view of Tokyo tower when walking back to the hotel.
