The location is conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong. Its a good place if you want to venture out and explore the surrounding areas, The staff were very professional and helpful and will go the extra mile to make your stay more pleasant. Facilities are well maintained and everything is to a high standard, Breakfast was lovely and would recommend joining the Marriot club membership which is free to get extra perks.

The Prima Hotel is in a fantastic location in Jongno if you're a tourist. It was super close to the Insadong cultural area and walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and Cheongdeokgung Palace. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, helping us to book taxis and arrange a dinner reservation, and very understanding of our one-word Korean vocabulary (thank you). There was always someone on the desk who could help us in English. They even called our taxi when we left something behind in the lobby on our last day! Beds were comfortable, showers great, and there was a useful 24h coin-op laundry, and snack and vending machine. The cafe on site had coffees, pizza, fresh juice and mini pastries, a good option if you're after a very quick breakfast or evening meal and too tired to continue exploring! Also lots of art to look at in the public areas, so a nice ambience.

Nice, clean rooms. Very friendly staff and concierge makes it easy to get taxis as a foreigner. Really close to two of the famous markets and large shopping centres - lotte and sensegai. Would stay again.

    I really liked this place. The location is very close to Myeongdong Station, and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a convenience store and Myeongdong Street nearby, so it was very convenient. The staff were very kind, they answered my questions quickly and kept my luggage for me. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. If I visit Seoul again, I want to stay here.

    Amazing location very close to Myeongdong station which was perfect for exploring Seoul. You can walk to the N Seoul Tower from the hotel through the mountain park which was a bonus. The place is ran by the lovely Koko and we were made to feel very welcome. You are able to make your own breakfast in the kitchen (food is provided) which is very convenient - it’s also a great way to meet some of the other guests staying there.

    Great hostel! Amazing facilities, modern, quiet, and very clean. Very comfortable beds and slippers! They have free breakfast and noodles in the kitchen, and a big terrace on the first floor. The location is perfect, just 5 5-minute walk from Myeongdong station in a cute neighbourhood. Honestly, one of the best hostels I've stayed in!

    Fantastic location with airport limousine bus drop off and myeongdong station so near. New and clean. The lady who cleans our room daily is very tidy and clean. Staff is polite and approachable. Appreciate that this hotel is into being environment friendly. Love the complimentary nespresso capsules at the lobby since coffee in most Korean cafes are not very strong.
