The staff are friendly and professional. The room space is suitable for two people. And the location is convenient.

Big room with beautiful view of Yongsan, comfortable beds, great shower, right by bus stops and stations, next to a big mall, also, a convenience store right in the hotel! Anyone wondering if you're going to get a room high up, you certainly will! The reception is at the 4th floor and the rooms start from 10th floor up I believe, so be sure on that!

We ended spending almost 3 weeks at this hotel due to some health issues I was having. It was a very positive experience as the the staff was extremely helpful/professional, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of different options from 3 different kinds of soup, fish, cereal station, pasta, etc. The gym was nice and we really liked that there were washers/dryers in the hotel as we ended staying for a long time. There is a mall next to the hotel that has a lot of different dining options, too. The hotel is modern and we felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the building and our room.

We loved everything about this hotel! We had a premium double room on a high floor and the view was awesome - including the Namsan Park Tower. There is also a roof top garden which hardly anyone uses, so had that to ourselves for a couple of nights. The staff are so lovely and helpful with good English - and there's always google translate! There's a washing machine you can use in the basement, and a smoking garden on the ground floor. It is a little out of the way, but for a side of modern Korea without the tourists, it's perfect with plenty of cool little restaurants and cafes at non tourist prices. Pastel City is just across the main road and has great eateries and bakeries. It's central South location is well connected by metro (underground) with Sadang station literally on the corner and two main lines running through it. Pick up a T card from any local shop and pre load it - journeys are less than a pound each. Our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, and the cleaner took all rubbish and recycling. It was epic to wake up there every day and roll up the floor to ceiling blinds! Choose city view over balcony.

a soft large bed, Korean TV channels with favorite drama, delicious-smelling care products (especially Amini brand foam soap, shampoo and shower gel, all cosmetic accessories) Special thanks to the robe, for the tea and water. I liked the soft rug near the bed and the table lamp, which created warm light in the evening
