Charming property in a quiet location, but only minutes away from all the attractions. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pool is perfect for cooling off, just a few steps from the room. The rooms are great with a separate shower room off the en-suite walk in wardrobe room. Constant AC made the room even more comfortable. The staff were all incredibly accommodating nothing really was too much trouble, this really is a must visit hotel!! We had a night flight and were allowed to keep the room all day, super accommodating!

Fantastic! The people working there are so nice and welcoming. Perfect place if you’re flying early in the morning or arriving late at night. Is next to airport and they offer pick up/drop off service! Really really recommend!

Service was excellent and breakfast was generous and tasty with a peaceful aesthetic. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Totally recommended, especially for an airport stopover to begin or end your trip in Sri Lanka. Free airport pickup was a nice touch and the driver was friendly and safe.

Wonderful trip to see a variety of Indigenous bird & other...

Wonderful trip to see a variety of Indigenous bird & other wildlife. It’s an early start & worth setting the alarm to be collected from your accommodation & arrive early in the cooler part of the day. Our 2 guides were very friendly & proud of their lagoon; keen to impart their knowledge of the ecosystem and names of each bird, reptile & mammal spotted. I was sad to see some plastic waste in places whuc the guide assured us would be taken care of. Wondered whether instead of motorised boats, there could be a call for a more environmentally & quieter boat with a paddle instead of a 2 stroke engine. I suppose the wide distance needed to be covered to view the different variety of wildlife would be difficult to achieve in the 2 hours time allocated for the trip. Thank you for a great trip.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our first 2 nights. It's set in a quiet back street not far from negombo lagoon and fish markets with a nice garden. Renuka made us feel at home and was a wonderful host. She helped us get tuk tuks, drivers, plan our itinerary, fed us a yummy breakfast and more.

Perfect place to start/end your Sri Lanka trip. It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The room is huge, well equipped, bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he packed us takeaway breakfast which was perfect before our early flight. The place is only 3 minute away from Negombo Lagoon, perfect to watch the sunset, and 5 minutes from a big supermarket where you can find everything :)
