Very attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful building, rooms very luxuriously equipped. Great breakfast. Nice view of the Maas and Erasmusbrug. Ease to reach with watertaxi in front of the hotel and 6 min walk from metro.

They gave me a free upgrade. Room was really nice, bed was comfortable too. Would be great if there are bathroom slippers as the floor tiles were really cold and chilly. Staff was really nice and they followed up with a call to make sure everything was ok with the room.

this is the second time I’m staying in this hotel and it is really awesome. the architecture is great, the interior design is clean and simple but very cosy and fresh. the rooms are quite large and the view on the Erasmus brug is simply fantastic.
