The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. So we are very grateful to him, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. But hugely thanks to him, my feedback is very positive.

The room was clean and quiet. I didn't hear the noise from the street. The air conditioning was silent and discreet. Comfortable bed, and very nice faucets. I also appreciated the disinfectant gel present in the room.

Staff was great: Brought luggage to room within 10 minutes. Registration was easy and gave me the room I wanted. Food in restaurant was excellent.
