This is our 4th visit to Sivatel and it always delivers . The suites are large , comfy , modern and clean . Location is fantastic right next to the skytrain or shopping malls . There is nothing negative about this hotel and the staff is simply marvelous , I need to mention AGAIN the lovely Prissy at the entrance who is SO helpful and charming and wonderful Balloon , the chef at breakfast , such a delightful lady . Thank you both making my daughter feel so special . I can't recommend this hotel and it's staff enough .

The hotel was next level amazing! It felt very new and they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The position was also extremely handy being next to a shopping centre and train station. The pool was also very impressive !

Everything was great, from location, staff, room, pool,etc. Staff were very nice and professional. Treated our baby girl very nicely every time they see her. Summer at the reception was very sweet and caring. Thank you, Summer again for your kindness! One lady from room service( probably supervisor, not sure, unfortunately I did not get her name, but she was also extremely nice with our daughter! The room service was excellent, the room spacious, the breakfast buffet more than excellent, the pool gave the vibe that you are in the nature and not in the middle of Bangkok, excellent as well!
