we were lucky to get upgraded and had a lovely cake waiting for us in the room regarding our 20th anniversary. the breakfast is served from 6 to 10:30 and you will find whatever you like, very nice fitness starting at 5:30 am pool is calm , missing some beds to relax but atmosphere is a top. location close-to the subway , the railway, the terminal 21 is so useful i recommend 100%

Everything - this hotel is world class and it was worth every cent we spend. We got a free upgrade and stayed in a deluxe room which was incedible. The breakfast had everything we could ask for. Maybe the best hotel, I have ever booked.

The hotel is perfect and for sure, it is the best of my life (I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels around of the world!) for the quality/price ratio. Firstly, the staff and the service was really outstanding and always helpful and friendly and I want to mention especially some people that they made us feel like at « home » (we spent the whole week there) : Wawa, Aimmy, Jane, Noon (at the Club Lounge) Phun, Kook, New (at the door staff) Wannarat B. Nat (at the breakfast buffet) Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk from the BTS and MRT stations. We’ve stayed in a Carlton Club room (the bed was so comfortable!) and there were interesting benefits and privileges (pre-dinner beverages and canapés, laundry,..) Very good selection at the breakfast buffet and the « ristretto » café at Tuxedo Espresso Bar was excellent.
