This hotel is excellent: in a great location close to Galata tower and transport options (metro Sishane). The rooms are clean, modern and well furnished. If you can, pay a bit extra for the top floor rooms with a terrace: the view of the Golden Horn and the mosques is out of this world and even better than on the photos provided on this site. This would deserve a 10 rating in itself but what made this hotel truly exceptional is the personal service by the owner and its team. Thank you very much for taking such good care!

In this hotel everything was on top level. Zeynep and Salim and the rest of the staff took care for us for all of our visit in Istanbul. They were so kind and very helpful. They gave their 100% for creating for us incredible memories of our staying in this hotel. Breakfasts were so delicious with amazing view. Room was so comfortable. We received also free Internet. Localisation of this hotel was also perfect (close to Galata Tower, metro station, Galata Port and other must see spots). For sure I have to admit that for all this years it was the best hotel which I booked. I highly recommend this hotel!!! For sure when I will come back to Istanbul one more time I would like to book this hotel once again :))

Excellent location 2min walk from Galata tower, Shishane metro station, 5min walk to Taksim. Loads of cafes and restaurants, bars around. I loved the hotel rooms decor, very beautiful old palace style i felt like i was in one of the sultans palaces ❤️ i had the beautiful sea view, loved it ❤️ loved the roof top terrace outdoor and in door restaurant for breakfast with amazing view and delicious turkish breakfast. All Staff super friendly and very helpful ❤️

Very nice hotel, positioned perfectly at the coast of Galata. 5 minutes to the public transport, trams and ferries, Karakoy district, shops, restaurants and bars. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room and the hotel itself was very clean and considering the location next to the busy street, room was relatively quiet and we didn't have problem sleeping well. Bed is the queen size, but enough for a short stay for couples. Breakfast is buffet stile, but the best thing about it is the fantastic 180 view of the bay, Galata bridge and the other side of the town, with Aia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Eminonu. From the bar above, you can see the Galata tower in the back. From the hotel tower is about 5-10 minutes away and if you continue up, you will find yourself in the Istiklal street, bringing you to the Taksim square. Only thing missing for this place would be nice swimming pool, but we knew it does't have one ahead of our arrival.

The location was the best. The staff’s are very friendly and hospitable, must mention mehmet and his team for every day breakfast. They are really good. I do recommend this place.
