- Fast elevators: this is very important in the financial district as in some hotels I used to wait 10 minutes. - We got a room with an amazing view on the 30th floor. Just beautiful! - All facilities in perfect order, the linen was of good quality with a choice of pillows. - A/C worked fine in August. - Daily emptying of the trash bin, fresh towels and the bed was made up. - Extremely convenient location just 1 min from the subway entrance.

Everything , the location is great, though it is not at the center (times square) we rather liked it. Rooms clean and quiet, lots of places to eat nearby. The staff and manager were so nice and helpful . Rooftop is nice bonus as well ....

I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel, Although the design is older, it has a unique character and warmth that I really appreciated. The decor features beautiful touches of copper, marble, and wood which gave it a stylish yet cozy feel. Was clena and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful - they even gave us a voucher for breakfast on the first day which was thoughtful. The breakfast itself wasn't huge but it had everything you'd want to start the day right. Thank you for the great experience - I'll definitely be staying again!

I loved that it's in a very quiet, safe area and close to everything. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was room service every day and that they provided bottles of water every day (very useful if you plan to go out walking and sightseeing). In addition, the staff was always very friendly and attentive. I also loved that there were staff at the front desk and security at the entrance. I would love to return to this hotel when I go back to New York.

I've been travelling with my kid and during the busy holiday time we've got an upgrade of the room , which was absolutely stunning. All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed . It was my first trip to NY and there is no reason to choose any other hotel next time. An extra thanks to Sara! Thank you so much for this experience.
