We requested a baby bed upon our arrival and it was already set when we arrived. The room was quite big, the lobby is very nice and cosy, we appreciated the free coffee in the lobby, the face masks in the room. Overall we had a great stay, good location, I would recommand this hotel.

It’s beyond my expectations! All the things here are so comfortable and nice, and the location is great. I like the room, gym and bar. By the way the IPA beer in the bar is so good! And the bartender Ady is very professional and kind. I will recommend CitizenM to my friends and also post my recommendation in my social media soon.

Room was very clean and we loved the view of the Navy Pier. Sunrise was gorgeous, and the blackout curtains let us decide when to see it! Staff and texting service were very helpful!
