Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful, the staff were lovely and kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice and Rick's Cafe being open all day for drinks and snacks was wonderful. This is an historic building surrounded by many ugly modern buildings. It is an amazing haven of peace and tranquility in a noisy, loud city.

Best location in New York, especially if you are attending something at the Lincoln Center as I was. The lobby was beautiful, and the staff was accommodating, but I felt that the bathroom and the room was a little dated. It was very clean, but it was showing its age.

the location was perfect, we could walk to every attraction from there. it is close to central park, lincoln center, midtown, subway stations, cafes, and more. the staff members are super nice and helpful!!

The hotel is superbly located right near Lincoln Center. It is a beautiful building, well-staffed, with a comfortable and large lobby, although the bar has been closed for years, which is too bad because not everyone likes to take the elevator to go to the restaurant up there, just for a drink. a 3-minute walk to wonderful Central Park

Hotel location across from Lincoln center is outstanding. Subway and busses nearby. Rooftop bar has lovely view. Rooms are large. Staff helpful and courteous.

Proximity to Central Park and Lincoln Center. Rate was fairly reasonable. When the scheduled Taxi did not show up on my departure date 10/23 @ 5am, the MOD called a car service for me and I was on my way within 10 minutes.
