The location was superb. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The porter even took our bags to the station and put us on the train for the airport. So helpful about shoes and recommendation’s for activities.

I was not sure who owned the property.

I was not sure who owned the property. My family made a special trip to visit the garden by taking 1 hoir train ride to the garden. Since it was 2 days before Christmas the weather was not cold and windy. At the gate we found out it would cost us around $150 for our family to to see a garden where no flowers blooming and everything looked grey. Bu honest mistake we entered a building to use the bathroom. Behold there were 4 staff members standing outside accused us trespassing. We had the most horrible customer service experience ever.

Walking distance to Central Park, Rockefeller center, Broadway, Times Square and if you don’t mind walk for half an hour it’s also walking distance to Empire State Building,, Madison square garden, Hudson yards and Intrepid museum. There’s a lot of nice restaurants near by that take you to the 20 in a blink of an eye.

The location was nice - right by Madison Square Garden and in a pleasant area- the Flower District. Only 15-20 minutes walk up to Times Square and multiple subway stops nearby. The rooms were a nice size, cleaned well, great aircon and the bathroom was lovely. Not the biggest space but a good size for Manhattan.

The hotel's location is excellent: it's in Koreatown, surrounded by cute shops and Korean restaurants; it's just steps from Herald Square and the subway station; it's a 5-minute walk from Madison Square Garden; and it's so close to the Empire State Building that we could barely see the top of it from our window. The room was clean, a comfortable size for two, and room service and daily towel changes were provided. The value for money is probably above average.

Room very essential, but with a fantastic view over downtown Manhattan (we were at 33th floor) and the Statue of liberty. Position excellent, 2 min walking from metro 1 (red) and 10 min from R and W metro, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Staff very helpful and free coffee/the and water refill in the lobby h24.
