The staff is super friendly and helpful - I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to find a room for me. The location is very good, you’re mestres away from watching the sunrise or sunset on the beach. There are plenty of markets around so is very handy. The hotel has a small gym which is very handy and the pool is a nice place to chill as well. There’s a common area you can read a book or do some yoga as well. Overall, very good cost benefit

Fabulous Experience. The MerPerle exceeded our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Hotel is very new and quite lavish, situated right on the main beach road. I'd made some changes on Booking a few times with the chat feature, and advised staff of our late check-in (we didn't arrive until 11PM) and the hotel stayed in constant communication via the app with a quick response time. At Midnight after arrival I needed to add another room to our booking as we hadn't allowed enough space, and the staff came straight up in person to show me an additional room right next door and secured it for us, amazing service. Our Suite was outstanding, near the top of the building with multiple windows granting a stunning view of the ocean and the city, with a bright white interior reflecting the light. Large smart tv's, couches, chairs, and plenty of space. Lighting was controlled from a digital master panel near the bed, very cool. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for walking to the beach or into the city. The pool is indoor rather than the more common outdoor rooftop style, but it was fabulous as well situated as it is in a beautiful light filled room with high ceilings at the top of the building. Check out was quick and easy with fruit juice provided. A fantastic experience all-round.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nguyen nhat Anh and Vy at reception. They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!
