We spent five wonderful nights at this hotel. The service was excellent and all the staff were incredibly kind. It’s just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy delicious local food. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The only thing we missed was a space for children. Our host, Tran, was absolutely lovely with us, as was the entire team.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and we cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. What sets this place apart is their attention to detail. They were always there to assist with any request or question, making sure our stay was flawless. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return, and we wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. If you're looking for an exceptional experience in Hoi An, this is the place to be!

I recently stayed at Nghe Hotel in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great - they were always polite and willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things I loved about this hotel was the location. It's situated outside the old town in the river delta, which made for a peaceful and quiet setting. We were able to easily get around by bicycle, which the hotel staff arranged for us. They also arranged airport transfers for us, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The pool at the hotel was perfect and beautiful - it was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was full of local food and fruits, everything was delicious. . Overall, I highly recommend Nghe Hotel in Hoi An. The staff, location, facilities, and food were all top-notch, and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hoi An.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you. Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went. We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done. The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items. We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome. My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday! Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!

We had a great experience at this hotel! The property is lovely, and the staff made our stay truly special with their friendliness and warm hospitality. The location is ideal—just a few corners away from the bustling downtown area. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy the convenience of being close to the downtown while staying in a quieter, more peaceful setting away from the noise. The owner, in particular, was incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed—helping us rent a motorbike and even offering to pack breakfast for our early departure. Little gestures like these make so much difference. The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable rooms, all necessary amenities and our room had a balcony. The breakfast was good, banana pancakes were the best. :)

I spent a few peaceful days at this homestay on Cham Island, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is simple, quiet, and surrounded by nature — just a few steps from the sea. The host is kind and welcoming, and although the facilities are basic, everything felt clean and cared for. Cham Island still feels untouched in many ways — no noise, no rush, just slow island life. If you’re looking for a quiet escape and don’t mind the simplicity, this little homestay is a lovely place to stay.

Thanh was so lovely and helpful, collecting us from the port and organising our boat trip back to Hoi An even after we moved places (we wanted to stay longer but he was fully booked!). The property has everything you need, right near the restaurants and scooters to rent. The island itself is paradise!!!! 10/10 recommend visiting Cham Island, lovely people and unbeatable scenery.

Hanh and his wife were forthcoming hosts and the location was good. Within the main village, yet very quiet and close to the beach. The room had everything one needs for a short stay but is very basic. Cham island is very beautiful and getting around with a scooter is very easy.

Great place to stay on Cham Island - 500 m easy walk from the Arrival Quai - friendly and trustworthy hosts - great coffee and breakfast- the little monkeys from the village also like the place :-)) - and no worries. We would go again to the same place for 2-3 nights on Cham island- clean rooms, well-working AC, central location, nice hosts - what else do you need (plus helpful if you want to rent scooters, snorkeling equipment or anything).

M Khanh and his family really know what they are doing when it comes to hosting people on Cham Island. They can help you with boat tickets from Hoi An, renting motorcycles on the island or take you on excursions. They cook the best seafood bbq eaten in Vietnam, all super fresh. Will definitely come back!

In a stunning location Mama Kim is the most welcoming and friendly host you can find. Comfortable beds with good air conditioning we felt at home instantly. Mama Kim cooks amazing food, some of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. If you come to Cham Island this is the only place you should be choosing. If I could rate it 11/10 i would.

Its hard to describe the magic of both Cham Island and the NhiLo homestay. Mama and Papa are wonderful, genuine, kind hearted people, and Mama is a SPECTACULAR cook - you must eat your meals at the homestay. Snorkelling and fishing are also on offer, so truly everything you need. Nhi and Lo have little English but they work really hard to communicate and appreciate you making effort too - my Vietnamese improved a lot in 2 days! I truly think this is the best homestay on the island, and its such fantastic value for money as well.

Cham Island itself was a great place to experience local village life, not too many developments or hotel options.. I enjoy the short walk to the beach, morning coffee shop and great view from balcony. We appreciate the man who came and greet us and walks us to the hotel.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the location was great. The owners were super nice and went above and beyond with everything they did for us. They booked us the boat to and from cham island, gave us tips in where to go and when we forgot something they shipped it to the Hotel we were staying in next at the following day. Plus the breakfast they make is amazing. So if you are thinking about spending some time on cham island I would definetly recommend staying with them.
