That staff are delightful. Love the check in procedure. No standing at the desk. You have a seat in a comfy arm chair, are brought tea, candy and a wet towel. The beautifully dressed ladies check you in seamlessly. From the doormen to the waiters and bell boys, it’s amazing service. I felt like royalty. The breakfast buffet is sensational. Absolutely exquisite presentation of my boiled eggs.

Great location and very nice room overlooking to Old Quarter. The best part was the service and the people. Shout out to Mr. David at reception for his grace and professionalism to make my stay as smooth as possible despite some road bumps on my end

We stayed here twice. The Hotel is a good choice. Well located, rooms are clean and nice. The staff is super friendly , speaks really good english and is eager to help whenever they can. Would recommend!

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and famous restaurants and right next to Hoan Kiem. Good location and friendly staff. They offer a very flexible early check in at 10:30 am and help me to keep our luggage after we checked out.
