A lovely small hotel which is perfectly located for the centre of Hoi An. The breakfasts are very good and the decor is lovely old world Vietnam. We would definitely stay there again.

The room is a good mix of modern and classic designs. very aesthetic yet comfortable. we especially like the bedding, very soft but support mattress and pillow. the service was overall exceptional good as well .

What all the reviews say about Flower and Robert are true! Flower made our visit to Hoi An truly a special one. I've been in Hoi An a few times, but following her recommendations truly made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Upon hearing that we hadn't yet tried a banh mi on our trip, Flower made a point to send us off with a banh mi each, and even timed her afternoon to make sure she would be able to reheat mine to be nice and crispy before I left to the airport. The rooms are clean, modern and simple.

A beautiful Boutique hotel right be the river. The staff, especially Mr Nam, were very kind and helpful and even upgraded us to the suite for our honeymoon! The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town but not to be disturbed by the noise. Spa and pool facilities were wonderful and highly recommend the bamboo massage. Also breakfast was great!

The location was close to the restaurants, night market, Japanese covered bridge and river. The host was very kind, polite and friendly. She gave us a briefing of the location with the map, recommended some places to visit and a very good restaurant. I booked the family room with balcony. It feels so homey that I had a good sleep. The free breakfast was great as well. I had an omelette with baguette.
