Our stay at Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay was truly delightful! The location is perfect - just a short walk from town, yet peaceful with stunning views of a lake and mountains. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts we needed. The family running the homestay is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They truly exemplify exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even after check-out. On the day of our late departure, they thoughtfully prepared hot water at their personal residence so we could freshen up with a shower. Breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace with a nice view. We loved the free bicycles for exploring. It's an ideal base for discovering Tam Coc - close to attractions but away from the noise. Overall, this homestay offers exceptional value with its comfortable rooms, great amenities, and warm hospitality. We're looking forward to our next visit and already recommended to everyone we meet on the way to Tam Coc! :)

I could not fault my stay at Tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow. An amazing place to stay if you are in Ninh Binh from the location to Tam Coc, the staff, the rooms and don't even get me started on the breakfast. As I am a solo traveller they organized a motor bike to take me around all of the sites. 10/10.

What a wonderful boutique hotel! The staff is extremely kind, honestly, I've probably only seen such kindness in Bali. We arrived at the hotel at 6 in the morning, they took care to serve us breakfast and as soon as the room got free, we were accommodated. Clean, spacious room (we chose the Junior Suite) and with a superb view of the field lot (if you catch the lotus season). Superb location, close to the street, but still quiet.

We loved the location! It was a little bit out of the hustle and bustle, yet close to restaurants, a beautiful pagoda, and an easy ride to town. Everything was very clean and the staff was so kind and helpful.

    There are a variety of boating tours, we did the Mua Cave. It was a few magical serene hours on the boat, where you can absorb the breathtaking casts that preside over the landscape whilst taking in the birds and tropical greenery.
