Very helpfull and friendly staff, we travelled with a toddler and they did everything to make it comfortable. We could have a late check-out because our baby had to do his nap, they changed dates because our toddler went sick on our cruise in halong bay... Very good breakfast, clean rooms and very nice location, nearby the lake. On the contrary of previous reviews, we had a quiet room and slept good. We recommend this accomodation very much.

The staff are truly some of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Friendly and efficient and they genuinely want to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The area around the hotel has everything you need. Close to the lake and puppet theatres. The cleaning staff were great and room was cleaned every day.

I liked the service a lot, the staff is very helpful and supportive! Helped to book excursion, find pharmacy and so on. The place is good, everything is close, you can walk from hotel everywhere. Tom Tu was very helpful! Thank you!
