This is the best hotel I have been in Viet Nam. The staff is super friendly and provides tons of recommendations during checkin. They also gave a goodbye gift. The bedroom was super nice, spacious and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Hanoi.

The location was excellent just right next to the Hoan Kiem Lake and during weekends the road in front of the hotel is closed to cars allowing locals and tourist to enjoy various activities around the lake. The room size was good and the bed was vert comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with decent buffet selection . Finally special thanks to all the staffs who made our stay memorable .. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Hanoi again!

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. We interacted with Jenny, Thomas and Sunny. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine desire to make my stay exceptional were truly heartwarming. From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, I was greeted with smiles and assistance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from recommendations for local dining spots to arranging transportation. Their dedication to customer service truly made me feel valued and welcomed. The rooms were impeccably clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep.
