Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

The Hotel Alpina is directly across from the gondola and cable car. You can't be closer to the slopes unless you camp out on the hill! The staff were amazing. I can't speak French or German and had no problem communicating with the staff at the hotel and the restaurant.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities.

Almost everything was exceeded my expectations given that this is budget hotel, the view from my room's balcony was pretty awesome and the staff was very friendly! the only thing that can be improved is the sound insulation of the room, one night i heard people moving things at outside and hence affected my sleep. anw that was intermittent and overall i was very happy with the stay!
