The location was amazing. While a bit hard to get there and far from the downtown Nelspruit, the view, the peace in the hills, the silence compensated us for the bumpy road. Our 4, 3 and 2 year old daughters loved the pool area and the playground. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

We loved being on the water with the resident hippos. There was a large area in which we could walk around. The locals were very welcoming and invited us to watch rugby on TV with them. The manager was warm and helpful.

Perfect place for starting or ending the vacation. Wonderful Chalet (Rock House), great view, excellent service. Well mantained trails for great walks with good sightings of animals and birds. Sabores Lodge was designed with the guest in mind. The location of the lodge was perfectly central. Everything you would expect from a hotel, at half the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and truly a treat. The chef personally opened the kitchen to cater for us on a public holiday. The room was cozy, had an air conditioner, a fridge, tea making facilities, a high quality bed and linen, and even a safe. Parking was secure and marked per unit, individual remotes are provided to come and go as you please. Overall it suited every requirement my wife and I had, while being clean and well maintained.

The estate is beautiful and has zebras, giraffes, kudu and more. George and Zelda are amazing hosts. The lodge is very nice. The rooms are spacious, modern and airconditioned. Without a doubt the best location we stayed at in our 3 weeks in South Africa. We booked a full day Gamedrive in Kruger with Khululeka and we were fortunate to see the big 5 in one day! It's truly a magical and special place.
