We accidentally left a water bottle on her car when she drove us to airport and she rushed to the airport and gave it back to us right before we were about to board - extremely helpful and we really appreciate the help!

The lodge’s amenities and its serene setting contributed to a feeling of exclusive privacy and comfort. For anyone visiting Rapa Nui, I cannot recommend Kona Koa Lodge enough. We found it very convenient that the airport was only a 2-minute walk away. We would book here again anytime.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the lodge. it’s in a garden near the airport ( but only 3-4 flights a week) and a 15-20 minute walk downtown the folks that run it are sweethearts they have rental cars so you don’t even have to leave the property for that…. and their jeeps are as cheap or cheaper than the places in town….
