This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in my many months of travelling and definitely the best value for money. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean and beautiful and the balcony view was incredible. The delicious (and large) free breakfast is also delivered to your balcony. Comfortable beds, A/C and a hot shower. The owners were so friendly, going out of their way to make sure all my needs were catered for. Two of the young guys there also took me to the waterfall last minute which was really fun! The place is situated next door to the waterfalls entrance and restaurants and is a perfect place to stay after the challenging Rinjani hike (or if you’re just visiting Seranu). Thank you again for a beautiful stay!

We really enjoyed our bamboo bungalow during our stay here. The morning views and sunrise were absolutely breathtaking and we saw it every morning. We also felt at home from the minute we arrived. The people there are super friendly and listen to all your questions and needs. You can do many activities in the area with aranka or rent bikes or scooters and ride around on your own. We appreciated the daily fruits, snacks and teas which are provided a lot and are thankful that we got to know new dishes and specialities. We also got a little chess lesson from Gilang and Azmi, who were also super friendly and chilled. The next tournament is still to come ;-) We were able to have super open conversations with all of them and learn a lot about the culture and life on Lombok. Also they try to connect themselves and other guests with each other with hosting a fire and playing the guitar for example. We would come back every time!

I loved that this cute house were in the middle of rice terrace, when I came, I got hot tea as welcome drink. Also home lady cookes very good. Breakfast was included. bed comfortable.

One of the best homestays we have been to on our journey! The whole area is very calm and relaxing (except for the daily prayers from the mosque nearby). Homeowner provides earplugs. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. Because you are a bit higher up the mountain it gets a bit chilly in the evening and so the bed and blanket get even more comfortable ;) There is only a fan in the room but it is more than enough because of the lower temperatures you will not realy need it. They also have a small restaurant were they serve delicious breakfast. You can also have lunch/dinner there. We can only recommend to try their food because it was one of the best meals we had on our journey. Also the portions are a bit bigger than usual in Indonesia. They also organise and make private tours up Rinjani mountain. They gave us a lot of information and offered a very fair price.

The building is a marvellous traditional wooden building. The staff are wonderful. Beds huge and super comfortable. They have a gymnasium! They have lovely garden and great rice paddy views. The food was traditional Indonesian food and was excellent. Air con was great. Rooms are huge. The place is a real hidden little gem.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Coffee Homestay! The rooms are very clean and new. The bed was great, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. No AC needed, since Tetebatu is higher, so it is cooler. Hari (the owner) and Angi speak perfectly English, and even a bit of Spanish and Dutch! Everyone here is very welcoming, and all the 3 nights we stayed here, we played some cardgames in the evening with multiple members of the family. We did the walking tour with Eman and Jay, which was great! The surroundings are very beautiful. Also one night there was a open English course at Hari’s home, which is there twice a week to support the local community. You can help out if you want to, which we really liked. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we were sad we had to leave so soon already, but next time when we are in Indonesia we will definitely be back. Hati hati!

The most amazing Villa, the view is out of this world and it’s so comfortable and homely. The team are all amazing and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. They helped us to rent a motorbike and helped arrange a trip to the Gili Islands which we had a private tour, it was incredible! The location is great with loads to do, We are definitely returning in the future we loved it so much! Can’t wait to be back soon!! :)
