Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. We had an amazing time! The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

We select to have dinner at the property, and the food is high quality and very delicious. Location is in the quiet area with stunning view of the mountains. The fall foliage around the area is so beautiful.

The private onsen across the street is incredible, I had it to myself every night, and there is an option for breakfast. The room was perfect for two of us, and Papa was so kind to drive us to and from the Myokokogen station and the mountains, and also on some errands which was so kind. It feels like you are stepping into a place that can’t be created, a piece of personality.

The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. Amazing ski hotel close to all the action. The hotel is really cosy with multiple private baths. The rental options are at a far better price, and there are a lot of big European sizes. The owner goes above and beyond for the customer, offering to drive from the station to the mountains. The breakfast is also very tasty :).

Continental and Asian breakfast options are available at the lodge. At Sakka Sanso you will find a restaurant serving Japanese and European cuisine. A vegan option can also be requested. I had a very pleasant stay at Sakka Sanso. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Both meals were excellent—the breakfast was healthy and filling, while the dinner was delicious and satisfying. The bathroom features an onsen, providing a relaxing soak after a refreshing shower. They also provided convenient transportation to and from the station, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hakuba.

Suzaka City Zoo is 42 km from the lodge, while Zenkoji Temple is 44 km from the property. Matsumoto Airport is 119 km away. I loved everything here. Usually lodge has only Japanese futon in tatami room but we slept comfortably in bed. Breakfast was tasty and hospitality was incredible. They also have sauna 😍

The lodge offers a terrace. Private onsen was so nice after skiing! The breakfasts were great and the guidance for restaurants and ski resorts was very helpful. Taka and his wife have created a warm and welcoming environment, I can’t recommend this enough!

The hosts are kind and thoughtful and gave us very good advice for dinner locally and for our next destination. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.

The lodge offers 3-star accommodation with a hot spring bath and terrace. MOKO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meals were amazing. Would come back a million times over.
