The staff were great to my son and I. We had a great time at Severin Sea Lodge.

I like this hotel very much, the stuff take care of you a lot, and the prices of the spa, restaurant are sooo good, i was surprised how cheaper the stuff were, i regret to moved to another hotel after the safari, i should have come back to this hotel, the food it was also good, and the room very nice and clean, and spa amazing

The personnel was nice and very helpful. They prepared a big lunch box for me very early in the morning for Safari which was nice and tasty. Restaurant had a good variety of tasty food. The room was comfortable and clean.

New building with new facilities. Has a clean swimming pool that is always cleaned everyday. The hostess was always asking after our welfare and responded swiftly to any concerns we raised. Initial reviews from others complained of kitchen sink clogging but during our stay, no issues with that. The washing machine was installed and functional. Great thing here also was that we didn't see or feel any mosquitoes, though mosquito nets were provided as we asked prior to lodging. Carrefour, Quickmart and other stores are close by.

Friendly clean spacious lodge in Mombasa Old Town, 10 minutes walk from Fort Jesus.

The Hotel is really nice hope to go there again soon, very friendly place with lots of activities and a excursions desk for safari etc. Also see the history of the hotel. very clean Hotel, Highly recommend, i stayed in the deluxe room very spacious and comfortable a very relaxing hotel the lodges are really nice the cute monkeys and a great gym and spa. Staff, Breakfast, tv and channels and bed. options to have seafood on the dhow. right on the beach also so no need to travel far.

Very nice and polite staff. Clean place next to the ocean. Secured by lot of guards. Great for relaxing. Nice, spacious rooms. Food was fantastic. I had a chance to see some other places around them. Rooms at Severin Sea Lodge are far better than in 5* hotels.
