We had great experience in Thanamal-Villa! We stayed in small house (not tent) and this place was surprising clean and comfortable! We needed place to rest before Safari in block 5 and 6 and it was a great choice! Thanamalvile is a small village, with local restaurants and shops and Thanamal-villa is located close to main roa, but behind it , there are calm fields and nature. The owner is so nice and hospitable! He took us even for short ride around the village- it was a great way to spending time there! You can also arrange safari with him easily! Room was simple but clean, there was a AC. Bathroom was small but had everything what you need. In the evening we could sit on the terrace and listen the peacocks voices. Thanks for everything!

To Wadula Safari - Yala είναι σε Kataragama, σε Monaragala District και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Ναός Kataragama. Το φαγητό αν και είναι vegan (εννοείται ότι μας είχαν ενημερώσει νωρίτερα) είναι πολύ νόστιμο και χορταστικό, το προτείνω. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ βοηθητικό και φιλικό. Κάνουν τα πάντα για να έχεις μια τέλεια και ευχάριστη διαμονή.

"Tranquil Wild truly lives up to its name! We stayed in a *Deluxe Double Room with breathtaking lake views* and woke up to peacocks dancing on the lawn. The staff, ***especially Anne (owner) and Amal, were exceptional,they arranged a safari to Yala Block 6 (just 10 mins away!) where we spotted elephants and leopards. The **food was a highlight**: authentic Sri Lankan curries and Western options, all served in an open-air dining area. Don’t miss the **sunset boat ride on the lake**—pure magic! Clean, spacious rooms and a serene pool sealed our perfect stay. We’ll be back!"

This was the best hospitality we received in Sri Lanka. It is a lovely family business, located in nature and very close to the famous Budurugawala rock carvings. Shalika and his family are perfect hosts. The cabin is great and the environment is very peaceful. The beds were really comfortable and super clean. The food they served is amazing and they the ingredients are harvested by the hosts. It was an amazing experience. They also provide transportation service. Highly recommended!

Το Glimra eco lodge διαθέτει μπαλκόνι και βρίσκεται σε Hambegamuwa σε Monaragala District. I traveled to this lodge alone and felt the entire time like I was visiting family. Roshani was so attentive, thorough and communicative. She not only provided accommodations but invited me on various cultural experiences so I could get a first hand experience. I highly recommend staying here!

The resort staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also found the location to be absolutely superb, offering convenient access to everything I needed. The facilities at the resort were also top-notch.

Το WildEscape, Yala Blocks 3 & 5 προσφέρει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, δωρεάν ποδήλατα, κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Tissa Wewa απέχει 5,3 χλμ. Wow. Did not expect rooms of this quality! Very large farm land with few cabanas spread out. Feels like a mini village. Highlight was the fresh river and river deck which I spent most my time reading. This place opened up a different side to me. Food was all local and healthy. Amazing cycling experience around the village and local lake in the morning followed by a kanda (Herbal Juice with solid honey) in the morning and a river bath will now be my epitome of happiness.
