You can immediately feel the care and passion that goes into the property. I especially want to highlight the warm hospitality of Adriana, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. She provided us with valuable tips for the area and always made us feel welcome. The staff was also absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our experience even more memorable. The rooms were absolutely stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a beautiful view of the lush nature. The comfort and cleanliness made our stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but that’s part of what makes it special – you’re surrounded by nature and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you’re looking for peace and an authentic jungle experience, this is the place to be. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique stay in Palenque.

Επίσης, προσφέρει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα. the complex with the inner patio is just magnificent, its really quiet and the view from the rooftop (we rented the house a few days earlier with friends, before my stay alone there) is beautiful. the staff, cleaning service and especially Yagil are very welcoming and can help you with every request even without being able to speak spanish. the double room i stayed alone in is perfect size and most important the tap water in the complex is treated so its safe to use for brushing teeth etc. that otherwise can be a problem in San Cris. Another good tip is to go on a tour with Yagil in the jungle/mountains dont miss that out!! free water, EXCELENT WIFI!!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the food is good, and it's really amazing to be able to swim in both the ocean and the sound. This is a peaceful place that is very quiet at night. Lots of nature, hammocks for reading.
