Surrounded by granite outcrops and with stunning views and roaming wildlife, Desert Quiver Camp offers modern self-catering accommodation, located just 5 km away from the entrance gate to Sossusvlei. Our accommodation was stunning! We loved all the rock formations nearby. It's close to Gate 1 I'm Sossusvlei. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, with a good view for sunset. We saw some cute jackals!

Located on the C19, We Kebi Safari Lodge offers accommodation 88 km west of Maltahohe in the Hardap Region. This property offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Amazing, tranquil place to stay. Obviously quite a drive from anywhere else but it’s worth it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are like meals at home (nothing fancy but straight to the heart).

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park. beautiful resort with the best people. our stay was spectacular. the view of the water hole and the sunset drive were beyond compare. I could have stayed a lifetime there.

Solitaire Mountain Lodge offers views of the Namib Desert and the Naukluft Mountains. It features 1 outdoor pool, a garden and a restaurant. The lodge is conveniently located near Solitaire and served as our starting point for exploring Sossusvlei. It’s truly a beautiful oasis in the middle of the savannah, where the boundary between the wild and the lodge grounds practically disappears. The design of both the accommodations and the entire property is very authentic. Dinners and breakfasts were exceptionally delicious, and the staff was attentive and welcoming.

Το Hoodia Desert Lodge βρίσκεται στις όχθες του ποταμού Tsauchab και προσφέρει καταλύματα κοντά στην Πύλη Sesriem. Το καταφύγιο διαθέτει εξωτερική πισίνα. Everything. Staff very professionals. Amazing food, amazing deco, fantastic location.

Το Namib Outpost διαθέτει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, εξωτερική πισίνα, βεράντα και μπαρ, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Sesriem Canyon απέχει 34 χλμ. I don’t know where to start it was just amazing beeing welcomed to this place. Our room was beyond beautiful with an outdoor bed (they‘ll arrange sheets and everything if you tell the reception) a second terrace with sunloungers, outdoorshower and another balcony right in front of your bed. Interior is very spacious with gorgeous big windows, a big comfortable bed, lounge area with the most amazing view and a very big bathroom. Minibar and coffeestation are filled up so you can enjoy a drink right when you arrive. We had Zebras right in front of the lodge when we arrived. For sundowner you can choose to visit the upper deck (up a small hill), they‘ll arrange the drink you told them in advance and also very good tapas. Thanks a lot to Willie and the second waiter for arranging our drinks last minute and for racing up the hill with them and our tapas. :) After that head right to dinner, honestly the best dinner we had during our whole holiday. The steak was amazing, the starter and the amuse guele, the soup and the dessert. Lastly the whole staff really cares and seems to really enjoy beeing there and working together you can really feel the team spirit. Its about 40min drive to Sesriem Gate (they provide early breakfast with you want to leave before sunrise) for us that was totally fine. We arrived at the gate for sunrise and at Sossusvlei in time to walk up Big Daddy before the heat. Scenery and light is amazing at this time of the day. After running down the hill to Deadvlei we drove back to the Lodge to enjoy a beautiful afternoon and evening. Only downside that we just stayed 2 nights and couldn’t enjoy a whole day at the lodge.
