It was our last night in the fjordland area before traveling to Queenstown and ending our 2 weeks in New Zealand. We wanted to be in a remote southern location and the Cliffs was a perfect choice. The views and location to the sea was exactly what we wanted. Be sure to visit the beach nearby. Our hosts were friendly, informative and very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed meeting them very much. We have great memories of the Cliffs.

Property has more than enough facilities and had a lavish stay. Room was exceptional and mind blowing services. They also shared home made Cinnamon rolls which was really sweet of them. Gourmet dinner and breakfast included in the stay were outstanding, and upon request our hosts arranged a delicious picnic for us to take on our day cruise to Doubtful Sound. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and many thoughtful details enhanced our stay. Highlights for us included an afternoon relaxing in the Library in front of a crackling fire, and chatting to other Lodge guests in the lounge over pre-dinner drinks and canapes.

The breakfast was spot on—delicious, fresh, and perfectly curated to start the day on the right note. Church Hill Boutique Lodge & Restaurant tiene vistas al mar y se encuentra en Half-moon Bay. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de traslado gratuito, bar, jardín y terraza. Church Hill might be the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed. The location, the hosts, the accommodation, and the food were all amazing. Exquisite attention to detail!

Kowhai Lane Lodge dispone de terraza y está en Half-moon Bay, no muy lejos de Ringaringa Beach. Great hosts with impressive knowledge of Stewart Island.
